Ця дата вибрана в честь Дня народження (11 грудня 1890 року) Карлоса Гарделя - найвідомішого співака танго (так, так, танго не тільки танцюють, але й співають) всіх часів та народів, а також музиканта та композитора... А у відомому Кафе Тортоні де він був частим гостем, у нього завжди (!) був заброньований столик...
